At Five By Flynn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery provided items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
